Barre Fitness

This is a form of physical exercise that stems from classical dance movements and positions that are combined with yoga and Pilates movements. Barre fitness is a full body workout, developing strength in the upper body, lower body and core and improving flexibility.

Ballroom

Ballroom dancing consists of two styles: Smooth/Standard styles and Rhythm/Latin Styles.

Smooth/Standard Style focuses on elegance, grace, and fluidity of movements: Foxtrot, Waltz, Tango, and Quickstep.

Rhythm/Latin Style focuses on a display of vibrant energy and a personal flair: Jive, Rumba, Cha Cha, Mambo, and Samba.
