- Registration Fee

All Clients will have a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $25.00 per dancer due at time of registration.

- 12 Week Sessions

Available for clients that just want to take lessons without the extra cost of recital costumes and recital fees. 

Available for Fall - Winter - Spring

Full tuition amount is due when the client signs up for lessons.

- Recital Classes

Clients must sign up for the whole 9 months that will begin in August and go through the month of May. 

​

- Competition Classes 

Competition season runs August - August. Clients will have a separate contract to read and sign.

 

- Tuition Payments 

12 week sessions - full tuition is due at the time of signing up.

Recital Classes - tuition is an annual fee covering 9 months of the dance session.

Payment plans for the 9-month dance season are:

Monthly - payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Quarterly - payments are due on the 1st of every three months.

Yearly - payment is due when sign up and will receive a 10% discount - NO REFUNDS

(All holidays have already been accounted for, therefore, do not apply when paying for tuition.)

Remit Payments to: Studio M Dance Company

Payments Accepted: cash, check, or money orders.

​

- Tuition Billing Late Fees 

A late fee of $25.00 is added to any account if payment is received after the 10th of the month - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Clients will also be asked to sit out classes if tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month.

​

- Returned Check Fee

There is a $40.00 charge for a returned check. After a returned check, Studio M Dance Company will no longer take checks from that client and will only accept cash or money orders. Remit all payments to: Studio M Dance Company.

- Private Lessons Cancellation 

The client of Studio M Dance Company must notify Studio M Dance Company 24 hours in advance of their private lesson to cancel or client will be charged for the full lesson time.

​

- Withdraw from Lessons

Should the client withdraw from lessons, you the client must notify the studio with the reason in writing - NO REFUNDS.

​

- Inclement Weather Closings

Studio M Dance Company follows the Plattsmouth School District only for inclement weather closings - ONLY! 

For weather related cancelations, a make-up lesson will be given to classes affected and the studio will inform all clients by email of the rescheduled dates and times. 

​

- Illness

If a student is ill, clients must be fever free for 72 hours before returning to lessons. Clients must inform the studio of any fever or illness. 

Make-up lessons are available if your student has been ill, but the studio will need a doctor’s note to receive a make-up lesson. 

​

- Dance Lessons

BALLET IS REQUIRED if the student is taking Pointe, Jazz or Tap classes.

​

- Dress Code 

Students are REQUIRED to wear the PROPER dance attire to ALL CLASSES.

- Senior Solo Choreography Fee

Our Senior Dancers have a choice to perform a Senior Solo at the Annual Showcase. There is a one time Choreography fee $150. If the dancer chooses to choreography their own Senior Solo and would like to use the Studio space, is it $12 for 30 minutes.

- Studio M Dance Company will not assume responsibility for loss of clients’ personal property.

​

- Only students taking a class will be allowed to enter the studio, and only 5 minutes before their class time. This is due to cleaning breaks. Please wait in your vehicles before your scheduled class time.

​

- Showcase Handbook, Recital Fees, and Costume Costs

If the client informs Studio M Dance Company that they will participate in a showcase, they will receive a recital handbook with additional information. Showcase clients only - will have a NON-REFUNDABLE costume fee and a NON-REFUNDABLE $40.00 recital fee. If not paid by the due date, the client will not receive a costume or be allowed to participate in the annual recital.
